Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how booking cancellation requests, booking amendments, and reservation scheduling are managed for short-term indoor space bookings provided by AKILEH’S LTD.

1. Cancellation Requests

Booking cancellation requests should be submitted using the same contact details provided during the original booking enquiry. Requests are processed during normal business hours.

2. More Than 72 Hours Before the Reserved Time

Cancellation requests received at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking time may be processed without affecting future booking enquiries.

3. Between 24 and 72 Hours Before the Reserved Time

Cancellation requests received between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled booking will be reviewed individually according to operational availability and scheduling arrangements.

4. Less Than 24 Hours Before the Reserved Time

Requests submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled booking may not be capable of being accommodated because preparation and scheduling activities may already have been completed.

5. Booking Amendments

Requests to change the booking date, time, or selected space should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking whenever possible. All amendments remain subject to availability.

6. Late Arrival

Reserved booking periods begin at the confirmed start time. Arriving late does not automatically extend the allocated booking period beyond the original reservation.

7. Failure to Attend

If the reserved space is not accessed during the confirmed booking period and no prior communication has been received, the booking may be treated as inactive after 30 minutes from the scheduled start time.

8. Operational Circumstances

If operational circumstances require adjustments to a confirmed reservation, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the customer using the information provided during the booking process.

9. Refund Handling

Where a refund is considered applicable in accordance with the circumstances of the booking, it will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original booking whenever reasonably practicable.

10. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, processing is normally initiated within 5 business days. The time required for the returned funds to appear may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution or payment provider, but is generally completed within 5–10 business days.

11. Booking Amendments Instead of Cancellation

Where operationally possible, customers may request an alternative booking date or time instead of cancelling an existing reservation. Amendment requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking and remain subject to availability.

12. Communication

Cancellation requests, booking amendments, and refund enquiries should be submitted using the contact details available on our Contact page. Our team will acknowledge enquiries as soon as reasonably practicable.

13. Record Retention

Booking administration records, cancellation requests, and related correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months for operational administration and customer support purposes.
