1. Service Overview
AKILEH’S LTD provides short-term access to privately managed indoor spaces. Services are limited to the temporary use of the reserved indoor space during the confirmed booking period.
2. Booking Requests
Booking requests are subject to availability and operational review. A reservation is considered confirmed only after a confirmation has been issued by AKILEH’S LTD.
3. Booking Confirmation
Confirmation details, including the reserved time slot and access instructions, are normally provided by email before the scheduled booking period.
4. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the booking process or affect future communication.
5. Use of the Reserved Space
The reserved indoor space may only be used during the confirmed booking period and for lawful private activities consistent with the agreed reservation.
6. Arrival and Departure
Customers are expected to arrive within the confirmed booking period and vacate the space promptly at the scheduled end time. Late arrival does not automatically extend the reserved booking period.
7. Booking Amendments
Requests to amend a booking should normally be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation and remain subject to availability.
8. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests should normally be submitted as early as possible. Requests received at least 72 hours before the confirmed booking time can be reviewed more efficiently.
9. Refund Handling
Where a refund is considered applicable in accordance with the relevant booking circumstances, it will normally be returned using the same payment method used for the original booking whenever reasonably practicable.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5 business days. Depending on the customer’s financial institution, the returned funds generally become available within 5–10 business days.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the reserved space in a clean and appropriate condition throughout the allocated booking period and for complying with any access instructions provided.
12. Website Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the availability of this website. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance, technical updates, or operational improvements.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, remains the property of AKILEH’S LTD unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced without prior permission.
14. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Record Retention
Booking administration records, customer correspondence, and operational documentation may be retained for up to 12 months for customer service and administrative purposes.
